Case Study AES Corporation In today’s economy, it is more important than ever for companies to operate as efficiently and effectively as possible. Increased competition coupled with decreasing net profit percentages, companies who do not have all of their proverbial ‘ducks in a row’ suffer, and often times find themselves forced out of the marketplace.
