Organizational Analysis The six-box model is a framework developed by the American analyst Marvin Weisbord to estimate the working of organizations. It is a general framework and is designed for use across an extensive variety of organizations. It is fixed primarily on the techniques and hypothesis of the field of organizational development. The six-box model suggests six condition to think about in an organizational analysis: (1) purposes; (2) structure; (3) relationships; (4) rewards; (5) leadership; (6) helpful mechanisms. In accretion, the effects of the exterior environment need to be kept in mind, notably as to how these provide constraints.
